Keeping the results high-level to protect the client's "Secret Sauce". Within 6 months, VIBES paused accepting new applicants because of overwhelming demand. The program was built with automation as a core feature, saving management time, allowing the program to scale, and providing a quality user experience.
We created a user portal on their website that was restricted only to members of this program. The portal displayed dynamic points leaderboards, a reward store for redeeming points, links to submit activities for points, FAQs and training guides for sales and marketing best practices. The points ledger database was connected to supporting applications using our automation tool, Zapier. We built advanced logic and automations in Zapier to perform different workflows based on each user journey.
Most user journey automations focused on ambassadors submitting activities that would earn them points, which could later be redeemed for rewards, and earn ambassadors elevated status (Think airline or credit card points). We built forms to collect some offline activity submissions (i.e. attending an event). Other activities rewarded ambassadors with points automatically - i.e. when one of their leads is qualified or places an order. Every activity automatically generates email receipts to be delivered to the user for full transparency on points earning and redemption activities. Leaderboards are updated in real time as points are earned, and monthly transaction statements are automatically sent to ambassadors.
